ABOUT JESSICA PHILLIPS

Jessica Phillips—also known as JP, Jeeps, and
Sissy—is a Washington, DC-based photographer.
Government Relations leader by day, she
photographs the world around her near and far. She
is often happiest behind a lens and believes in
celebrating the ordinary and the extraordinary alike.
Photography allows her to be in the present moment
and to witness the lives of others up close. She is
determined to bring more whimsy, magic, and
beauty into her small pockets of the world through
storytelling with her camera.
